It is a good idea to ask for a copy of the restrictions before purchasing property. If you want to store a vehicle, boat or RV on your property make sure the deed restrictions in the community you are interested in permit this activity. Many a buyer has not checked into their development's deed restrictions and has lived to regret it later.
